If true, that moots the UN partition plan for the (now supposedly non-existent) Palestine, and moots Ben-Gurion’s proclamation of the State of Israel on May 14, 1948, which is partially based on the premise of the validity of the mooted UN resolution supporting the partition. That’s about an extreme anti-(political state of Israel) position as you can take…an international law “final solution” of sorts against the existence of political state of Israel: then, now and in the future.
