Sometimes it is mentioned in the job description under the interview process. Other times you can ask; it's a great question for the initial call.

Also, I've found that smaller companies and consulting companies tend to avoid leetcode style interviews. #anecdata

If there isn’t any info online about their interview process, you can ask the recruiter if they have any algorithm-based interviews in their process. I’ve found probably 1/3 of the recruiters that reach out to me on LinkedIn will end up telling me if they do or not without requiring me to hop on the phone with them.
