I've used Nitrous and Cloud9 both quite a bit... I tend to prefer C9 for Web Dev and Nitrous for full stack Ruby dev.
Nice to see these products taking off from a pure cost perspective, I can buy a chromebook and do development as long as I have an internet connection.
